Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide and provide free shipping on any orders above $120/€100.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations, but we are here to help with any questions or concerns you may have.

Why does my discount code not work?

Discount codes apply only to regular-priced items and cannot be used on sale items. Additionally, some discount codes require a minimum purchase amount, so please ensure your items meet this minimum to qualify. Please note only one discount code can be used per order, and they cannot be combined or stacked.

How to clean silver and gold jewellery?

To help you maintain its beauty, we include a complimentary jewellery polishing cloth, infused with a silver cleaner and anti-tarnish agent, ensuring a brilliant shine and long-lasting protection against tarnishing.

Can I send a gift directly to a friend?

Yes of course. Just select the gift option and enter your friend's address as the delivery address during checkout. If you would like, there is an optional shopping bag available at purchase in case you would like to give your friend the gift in person to make it more special.

Can I return a gift?

Yes absolutely. You can return the gift following our return policy and procedure. You will need to provide the Original purchaser’s email address and the order number. In case you are unable to provide the order number, please contact our team and we will try our best to provide any assistance.

Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift bag?

Yes we do. Please check our Gifting section for more information. All orders come with a sophisticated jewellery box and an optional shopping bag available for your selection at check-out.

What is the warranty policy?

We do offer a one-year warranty on your jewellery, starting from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects, but doesn’t include normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs. If you experience any issues within this period, just reach out with your order number—we are here to help with repairs or replacement.
